I'd say either Eden Belmont or Locria the scat fetish ogre, largely because they're so filthy and of such repulsively vile hygiene you can practically smell their scat over the Internet.

Oh God! Locria! He looks like Robbie Rotten. The scat fetish makes it so much worse. I'm sure he smells horrible and people assume he's incontinent or doesn't clean up. Little do they know...:cryblood:
 
Cosmo / narcissa, but only because his mental instability hangs over him like some sort of terrible trannycloud. The clips of him... smiling, or laughing, or whatever alien gesture he is doing that approximates the same, are nightmare fuel.

Dale wouldn't look totally terrible (just 80% terrible) if he at least had some freaking fashion sense. I mean, WTF is with those clothes in the second picture?
 
It's gonna have to be Wu for me. There are lots of others that are grosser, but nothing puts me off more than that deranged, bug-eyed stare.
