Those lips remind me of some character, and it is just out of reach.

But I know I have seen a character that has those lips exactly. Just can't remember it right now.
 
He just looks like a dude, though. Other than that he isn't particularly repulsive.

Eh, he looks somewhat reptilian or Disney villain-esque to me, and by proclaiming himself a "beautyfull wamen," he's kind of highlighting how he is neither of those things.

The odd thing about the most repulsive ones is that they pass because you'd assume they're just deformed potato women.
