Long-term FTMs drop like flies when they hit midlife. Women who have naturally high testosterone have high rates of heart disease and cancer, I'm pretty sure the East German athletes who were doped have not had great longevity, and I've heard of many middle-aged FTMs who died of those diseases.

There are elder MTFs who are still kicking, such as Miss Major who likes to lie about being at Stonewall, but I don't know of a single FTM who's over 60.

Actually it's the other way around, where the estrogen will make males look a bit younger (especially if you start relatively young - like up to your 20s)

HOWEVER.....

These guys usually have a history of drug, alcohol, tobacco abuse, and general rough living - this is what really prematurely ages a person. This is why doctors tell troons to quit the rough living and the drugs & booze. But they don't listen.

Their face says male. The body says female. If they are a transman they were a very unfortunate looking woman. Everything about this is weird though if you look through their history.

However googling says Epidermolysis is Epidermolysis bullosa which is a genetic disease that causes skin blistering that can cause severe deformities. Given the photos they've posted showing their body they clearly don't have this, it's not something that could be localized the way their claiming either.
