Honestly? Sammytrans95, dude's pretty much disfigured. He needs not only that surgery that's common for trannies, you know, to smooth the jawline, but one to make it look like a regular head instead of a crushed low polygon model.
Really feel for the guy, I really do. At least the ones that are fat and or bald could use some heavy fasting/gym and a wig.

It's not a deformity, he just has bad genes. He has a brother who looks exactly like him, so it doesn't seem like a health condition.
