Is there a place to archive videos where they will not be lost for any reason. (Copyright strikes, terms of service violations / indecency, spammed reports, server errors, etc.)

Wikipedia has a list of video hosting services, although I don't know where to start.

What about liveleak? Do they copyright?

Download them and store them on google drive or Dropbox. If you need to host them use YouTube but set it to unpublished

All major, reliable video hosts are in the pocket of corporations and governments. Buy an external harddrive and store shit there. If there's something you need immediately archived contact me.
