Hey guys, so I don't know too much about Mr. Enter except from what I'm reading from this thread. But, this Mr. Enter guy seems to be the type of guy who has a dream but is not doing anything to reach it. And his belief in that college is a waste of time is sadly something I've been seeing gaining popularity for quite some years. I understand that college is not for everyone. If you can't afford it, then it is best to go to a community school or work at a job before entering a university. That way, you have money an or a bit of knowledge that can help you for the next 4 or so years in college.
And if Mr. Enter wanted to go to college, he can be a part-time student instead of a full-time one. He mostly likely won't finished in four years, but at least he would be in school for a few days a week and not have to worry too much about his "freelancing" job. But of course, life is too hard, and he demands the world to change in order for him to change. Sigh..
And as a fellow artists, I can understand having big dreams in getting your work out there. Especially if it's something you feel passionate about. But, you need something to back it up, whether it's art training or a college degree; you need something that at least tell people that you've been educating yourself in your artworks. If Mr. Enter want people to know about his awesome comics, he should start watching videos on how to animate, and read about animation. He can't just say that he wants to do animation if he can't even name several cartoonists/ animators that he likes. You have to immerse yourself in your passion.
