I've only seen bits of episodes of the new, shittily 3D rendered Garfield show, but to be honest his dialogue isn't that far off from it.
Also considering the commercials for it are essentially youtube poop, I'm not surprised it spawned someone like this at all.

Forget vaccines, today's cartoons are making the kids autistic.
