.hk is back up and will become our primary domain in a day or so. The misunderstanding regarding western activists was cleared up
For those who don't know there is a UK paper called the Telegraph which I was fairly certain had never mentioned the Farms, especially not which links were currently active. I had to reread that to realise they meant Telegram.

It's really very heartening indeed to see the MN crowd so overwhelmingly in our favour. Also hilarious that they're doing all that [REDACTED BCOS MN FORUM RULES SUCK] shit, but what they're saying is surprisingly nuanced and more positive than I expected.

They're right about our being the canary in the coalmine as far as sites like theirs go, but lots of them can see things here they won't like as well as the GC space that they do. That they are so much on our side gives me some hope that the future of Bongland is not as bleak as it otherwise might be.

I've made this mistake more than once, too. If the Telegraph were to cover us I can only assume it would be a hit-piece though, so its just as well we are incorrect

Telegraph is sort of right leaning, though the nickname Tory-graph describes it more accurately in terms of the bias towards a specific political party. I suspect it's more likely to be unfavourable but if Labour double down on some things you never know.

That was true 20 years ago. But now Labour and the Tories are fraternal twins who are all-in on all the same bullshit. The Telegraph has done a brisk trade in recent years of showing the country what media entryism looks like. I’ve seen more genuine conservatives at a Mexican donkey show than on the Telegraph’s masthead.

The Telegraph (install bypass paywalls ext) replaced the Guardian as my go to online paper to read. The comments are very often hilarious.

The sex and gender ladies on Mumsnet are great and I have lurked that place forever. Always interesting and a lot of them really have their heads screwed on especially re: KF.

I suspect we might be getting a fresh influx from Mumsnet soon thanks to the thread here.

For any of those ladies who make it here Null puts in his responses to official information requests in Take that off the god damn Internet! in case you wanted to keep an eye out for the Scottish police being insulted when they inevitably send a message here.

Mumsnet targeted with child sexual abuse images

Surely this has to be trannies spamming them with CP in an attempt to get them banned, they pull the same tactic on right-leaning subreddits all the time.
Looks like, they're making it pretty clear that this is people spamming the images on there.

Problem is by removing the capacity to share images it makes posting obviously degenerate behaviour from the sort of people that also end up here slightly harder since they'll have to post an archive link and quote instead. Not a lot more effort but every little makes a major difference. Mumsnet gets a lot of traffic so it does still discussion.

Anyone know which threads were targeted? I'd normally assume trans ones but given all the recent stabbing news that seems like a possibility too.

Not just on Reddit. Someone tried that here once, though I don't know if it was some organised attempt to shut the farms down or just some pervert who signed up. Lasted about a minute, and small mercies, was cartoon stuff rather than real. I don't know what the material was on MN but apparently some of it was up for over five hours because whilst some of the volunteer mods on there have the power to hide threads and posts, they don't get messages from the Report button and couldn't block the users doing it. Someone on MN described it as "Whack-a-mole". I hope they find and beat the shit out of prosecute the people responsible.

People like this are the reason everything gets pushed more and more to sites blocking VPN access.

If it's politically driven then the Women's Rights forum would make sense as that's where the trans lobby gets discussed mostly and where people post to ask for help and advice when a partner or child troons out. But I got the impression that it was general just because I think it would have been called out if it were specific.

It was just images (someone described as Cat. a images) posted to random unrelated threads.

In order to 'hide' the threads, the night-time mod was requesting users to post links to affected threads on a particular board. Technically, this counts as the distribution of images of child sexual abuse.

People are pissed at the way MN seem to just want to brush it under the carpet, but it's shown their volunteer moderator use to be completely inadequate.

I thought she was overly paranoid about him getting molested, but nope, she's just worried he might see a penis.

Like, holy shit lady, the reason getting flashed traumatises people isn't because they saw some genitals, it's traumatic because they know somebody just made them a part of their sexual gratification without consent. Just seeing a guy's penis out in the wild where penises are supposed to be isn't going to do your overprotected little mommy's boy any harm.
Way to prioritise her sons comfort over the comfort of all the other little girls in the ladies room. It is damaging to permit males entry to female only spaces. Entitled cow.
