No, "AIDS" was only on the first MOD album. I want to say it's mostly ripped from a later-period Sam Kinison bit.

SOD and MOD aren't really the same thing. MOD is much more "geez Billy Milano calm the fuck down," especially once you get a couple albums in to around Dictated Aggression, when he had no hope of getting on MTV anymore.

I probably heard it first on a mix tape some friends were passing it around and we called the band SOD. That obviously doesn't mean shit but we considered them the same at the time. Which may be just dumb high school kid stuff.
