Yes. Someone posted a pic way back in the original thread of what her bones would look like underneath. She probably would've been taller than 5'3 but her knees are caved in so she's lost at least a couple of inches of height.

Why is she so obsessed with being 199 pounds? What 5'3" woman would pick such a high number for their goal weight? She'd still be fat. It doesn't matter, anyway; she'll never see the 300s again at the rate she's going. If she's still alive in a couple of years, it's possible she'll get to 100K subs. Aside from that, she won't do the other things.

Her goal for a long time has been 199 lbs because she can be in "one-derland", technically being "one-hundred-and-something" lbs. She would love to brag about being in the 100s range and ~inspire~ her subbies, regardless of how close it is to 200 or how unhealthy it is for her height.

Whenever asked about why she started YT, she always talks about wanting to ~inspire~ people. It's a major reason why she wants to lose weight. If she got down to even 250, like half of her highest weight, she could be inspiring. Don't think she'll ever be able to inspire people in the way she's thinking tho.

She has had every opportunity to speak to her mom for years, or pay her a visit -- but she never did. She couldn't even pick up a card or a stamp when she was riddled with cancer. But now she's going to put that on her bucket list. What a lying POS. I don't know much about her dad - but is he in prison? Wouldn't she know where he is?

It's sad how she ranks getting to 199 lbs as being more difficult than reaching 100k subs on youtube, but less difficult than getting published. It would be far more doable than most of her bucket list if she just committed to a real lifestyle change.

My state drivers license is $50, and its good for 5 years. It's just as @Hui said, in the US, you are expected to drive except in a very few circumstances. And even then, you usually still have a license, just not driving.

Driving isn't a luxury unless you live in a third world country. For everyone outside cities and places with solid public transportation, it's just a fact of life like paying your phone bill.

Funny thing is, most people are nervous or anxious when they start driving. The more she drove the more comfortable she'd be. Especially since she lives in bumfuck land with a population density of 23.

I think it's clear her lack of driving is mostly weight related, closely followed by lazy, but it's probably best she never drives. Even if she wasn't scared behind the wheel (which is dangerous), she'd probably still be distracted or inconsiderate and be that person who cuts over 3 lanes with no blinker to make the McDonalds.

Would a tattoo shop even work on her? She's obviously unhealthy and her hands are horrifying... There are risks working on someone with diabetes, especially when it's untreated. (Her "catscratch" hasn't even healed, how is a tattoo supposed to!?)

I'm guessing it would be a home grown tattoo artist making house calls much like Amy Slaton.

In her situation she could easily get Medicaid in her state (even though SSDI she couldn't because Kentucky revoked getting gov monies for being fat seems like Amy sqeaked by on that one) but she COULD get gastric bypass. Her age is on her side as far as healing but will need an even bigger skin surgery if she managed to lose the weight. She also needs to be in active psychotherapy during this time so she doesn't binge. She's in a situation where she could get this done for nothing and make You Tube videos about her journey and I'm sure would receive tons of support and views. That's only if she was responcible and had a good attitude. She doesn't. Could you imagine how insufferable she would be in recovery?

I think her bucket list needs to be actual attainable goals. For Amber, I mean.

Example:

1. Develop type 2 diabeetus
2. Become bed bound
3. Lose a foot
4. Die early

This bucket list is awful. Isn't a bucket list a list of things you really wanna accomplish before dying? Bora Bora? Wtf. That's a dream vacation not a bucket list thing.

I have a few friends who don't drive and who don't have their license either. I might be alone saying this, but I don't think not driving is necessarily a bad thing. Taking the bus is easy enough, biking, cabs or carpool, let alone walking, but that's only within a reasonable area and not some huge city or out in the fucking boonies. A car can be a financial drain at times and when you've lived to go without it becomes no longer essential to own one. Amber's case isn't like that. It's laziness and anxiety. If you're anxious driving a car, I think, you know, fair enough - be honest. But Amber is too goddamn lazy to put effort into a YouTube vlog for her fans, of all people, so she sure as hell isn't going to drivers ed, or learn how to drive a car, park, reverse, what it means to have insurance, the rules of the road and traffic, etc. She doesn't have a job. People at her age should have job history, of which she has almost nada, so she sure as he'll ain't driving a car because, like a job, that takes effort.

Amber's case isn't like that. It's laziness and anxiety. If you're anxious driving a car, I think, you know, fair enough - be honest.

When Amber was with Krystle she actually went out of her comfort zones and did things. She had people encouraging her. Now that Amber doesn't have that, she's the type to push stuff off because she most likely doesn't know how to go about doing something. Doesn't know all the steps she has to take to get a driver's license, therefore she puts it off over and over and makes up excuses. If she truly had anxiety with driving, the only thing that would help her with it would be to drive and conquer it. But she doesn't do that.

Right; and her two brothers are in a closed adoption while the other one is in prison (the one she was in foster care with). She always talks about finding her adopted brothers. Could you imagine that behemoth showing up on your porch looking for your kid? Knowing her, she'd try and move in with them!

Regarding her "community service" when she was a teenager, that's undoubtedly just what it was. She was kicked out of school for beating other girls up so many times that she had to go to finishing school. You know people pressed charges. She specifically mentioned "picking up trash from the side of the road". In my town, that's exactly what juvenile offenders have to do for community service.

Maslo's hierarchy proves that she was in no way volunteering her time.
