Kitten is the most frustrating movie they've ever done. Everything that happens is because the protagonist is so rock stupid and can't stop lying.
And he gets away with it in the end but he abolutely doesn't deserve to.
Maybe he was Jimmy from I Accuse My Parents all grown up?

San Francisco International Airport, opening sketch includes the Mads doing home repairs and stuff in Deep 13.
Shirtless Frank isn't skinny or anything, but honestly he's a lot less fat than I expected.

And he’s a lot skinnier now after his heart attack.

My brother and I loved Hobgoblins...
You mean the movie or the riff of it?

I'll admit, part of it is probably that I love the original mst episode so much I can recite it nearly from memory. So every time the theater was dead silent during the riff I kept filling in all the jokes that used to be there.

Yeah, the re-riffs of old MST content can be a little hit-or-miss, mainly because they have to try and go out of their way to avoid making the same jokes as the first time. Though they'll usually slip in a popular joke from the original, like making up some new names for David Ryder in Space Mutiny or PACKEEEEEEEERS in The Giant Spider Invasion (and I guffawed when they threw that into the Hobgoblins rework, I admit). I much prefer they riff things they haven't done before, especially since they usually go for their most popular MST movies, which were already done about as good as you could do them in the first place.

That said, Amityville 4 sounds pretty funny bad, so I'll definitely be going. Perfect way to celebrate almost Halloween.

Yeah that's why I have a lot of hope for it.

Let's also admit that hobgoblins really invites a lot of sex jokes and we can't have slut, kink, or gay shaming routines in modern day.

tbh most Rifftrax Live for me is more a chance to see some weird shit on a big screen than anything the RT crew brings to the table

Not a fan of the live rifftrax because the audience laughter. Also the episodes where it's just Mary Jo and the other lady are unwatchable.

I like the riffing of The Phantom Planet during a flashback scene:

Servo: Congratulations, Mrs. Astronaut, it's a boy... boy... boy...
Mike: Wake up, Frank. You wet the bed... bed... bed...
Crow: Frank, you'll have to take third grade again... gain... gain...
Mike: Mr. Chapman, this is Western Financial Collections. Do you value your credit rating... rating... rating...
Crow: I'm afraid you're just not 7-11 timber, Frank... Frank... Frank...
Servo: You're the worst party clown we've ever had... had... had...

So recently I got to attend the MST3k Time Bubble Tour live show.

Got to admit, I like EMILY MARSH as the human host more than Jonah (and not just because she's kind of cute for a meatbag). She just has some great Mike-energy to her.

They did this movie:

Which is like if Pod People were remade by the biggest Spielberg fan in the world for about 20 extra dollars. Movie selection was definitely a big help.

And the jokes were spot on with tight pacing and the right level of "biting" to them. Sketches were hit or miss but overall, I was wondering where this crew was during the latest seasons or for rifftrax.

If it shows up in your area, I'd recommend seeing it.

I’ll be seeing it in a couple of weeks. The movie selection for the recent tours have been great and it’s astounding they were able to secure a Roland Emmerich movie for this.
