Dont escorts take money up front/end of the agreement and not when you leave the country? just seems silly that she would tweet all these things about/to dsp while its being spoken about in the main thread and then all of a sudden "oh i found the kiwifarms, ill go trash talk him there seeing as he hasn't payed me".

Escorts expects payment up front for the basic service, the time spent, but can bill you for additional things during that time, or if extra time is spent (overtime). It's based partly on honor. You pay upfront for the time, but then if you go over, it gets put on your tab. You then either pay when she's about to leave, or you pay at the start of your next session if you've booked multiple sessions. Smart, classy escorts will also contract her clients. The contract doesn't mention anything about sex, only the time spent, so it is legally enforceable.

Escort girls must also be 'discrete'. You can't just go blasting your client's dirty laundry, it hurts your business. No one can trust you if you do that, unless you give them a good reason.

So it goes three fold. You pay for the service. If you need extra honey, you pay later. If you don't pay later (breaking honor), especially if you are intentionally ducking her, she might have to fire some sort of warning shot to get her money. If you force her to take a trans-atlantic flight to collect her money, you have voided your contract and the whole 'discrete' shit no longer applies and none of her clients will blame her for it.

Actually he has till the end of the weekend to contact me and get back to me but he has 4 weeks to pay me which is longer then we first agreed upon because i was suppose to been paid by now but i told him he can have some extra time being the holidays and all but then breaking all contact is what pissed me off which makes me suspicious if he is even going to pay or simply run away from a payment agreement. I will wait and see if he answers and will try to contact him again on the phone tonight before he goes streaming and then see what he says. For his sake i hope he answers and fullfill his payment and then thats the end of it. But he simply should have never pissed me off the way he did to begin with that was the final draw. But Null already knows the details as i spoke to him in private so. Just wanted to clear this up so there is no misunderstanding between the 2

Sorry to disappoint you but he has a history of not paying other people.
To me it seems like he is trying to scam you like his own parents.
He borrowed money from them and never paid them back.
He never paid his friends the full amount and he will VERY likely repeat his behaviour.

Fucking hell lol, the young nice lady made it quite clear she's just putting a warning shot across Phil's bow and gives no fucks if we believe her or not until she sees how he responds, and I don't think there's anyone on God's green earth that gives a fuck what any of you as individuals think. Behaving like a pack of fat neckbeard youtube commenters whose only validation in life is to be the first one to shout 'fake' is no way to treat a stunning and brave kiwileak.

If Phil thinks he can get away with not paying you, you can bet he won't. The only thing that might hold his feet to the fire is the threat of incriminating details getting out. Right now he's denying the whole thing to a ridiculous level of phony outrage. He probably thinks he's pulled another fast one.

I was LMAOing all the way through this thread. Phil may have possibly scammed his fans to (partially) pay an escort bill, and it's just hilarious to behold!

And yes, DSP's credibility will be completely over if this is correct, and I am inclined to believe it is.

But he won't go broke any time soon, he is mostly relying on his whales like @BSV and KingJezal, and those are always going to be on Phil's side, not necessarily because they love him, but because they seem to have motives of their own.

This holiday season has been amazing for us Kiwis.. 1st Patreon fucks up, and now this.

This also includes people who post things which indicate they haven't read this or the other posts so far and are backtracking. If you're going to post, then please make it productive or provide evidence.

Here's a breakdown of what is known/unknown at this moment and an explanation of why asking for further proof is pointless at this time:
  • The twitter account by all accounts appears to belong to a genuine escort. It has an in depth posting history, the likes of which would be extremely difficult to fake. There's no way to 100% know for certain, but there's no proof otherwise.
    • There are also references to the escort and her accounts on other websites which predate this entire saga by years.
    • Based upon searches of commonly used words etc I was not able to turn up any evidence of the account being some sort of spam operation.
  • The @MysteryWoman account appears to be very related to a certain Twitter account that has been mentioned several times. There are several hints and nudges in this direction that you can make your own conclusion about this.
  • At this stage, she claims to have a dispute with DSP regarding payment for services rendered.
    • This seems to have been exacerbated by her claim that Phil has broken off communication with her regarding the payment.
  • She has provided enough interesting stuff, however has stopped short of providing any absolute solid/foolproof evidence that she visited DSP
    • The reason for this is possibly/probably that she is trusted with people's privacy and by revealing this she would be shooting herself in the foot.
    • This is why asking for further proof before she has decided she actually wants to proceed with providing it is redundant. She is obviously doing this on her own terms, so no amount of asking for proof is going to go anywhere.
    • It's her decision about what proof she is/isn't comfortable in providing and that's entirely up to her. She's obviously not going to start posting proof just because people have asked for it (at the moment).

If he follows, it risks people finding out. If he doesn't he may still check and apparently they DM each other so it should be evident that he's watching/talking to her. Public anonymous threats are a good way to spook pansies like DSP.

I'm willing to say it's plausible he's dating some chick online but also has been seeing an escort. That said, if the escort bit is true at all, it would definitely blow his credibility away. Even moreso with the stuff she's said about him, and make him look like even more of a beta since she mentioned he's not throwing away her shit but shipping it back to her.

BTW I have a feeling that if the woman in the christmas pictures is someone else, that it probably is the one that does his hair like was it monthly or something like that. I am sure he could have been: "hey, I really need help with some christmas decorations and stuff, can you come and help?" and that is probably enough if she does not know his real history.
