What brand nacho cheese can you buy that tastes exactly like the kind you'd get at movie theaters, stadiums or gas stations?

I've bought a brand called Rico's and La Perfidia, neither tasted like the real thing.

What kind of sorcery allows that nacho cheese to taste different than seemingly anything you can get in stores?

it's this

The first thing to know about reproducing crappy consumer products is never use wholesome, good quality ingredients.

Instead, go to your cleaning closet and try adding different chemicals unfit for human consumption - you'll find the taste you've become accustomed to.

Ive found American foods differently vastly from foods anywhere else in the world primarily due to their incredible processed nature and near entire elimination of natural taste.

I love salt and sometimes have no shame sometimes this shit hits the spot. But if you really want a treat get a MRE the Jalpeno cheese is fucking amazing but has so much salt ramen noodles blush.

Also, my bro has been a chef at different levels of restaurants in his life and @Dick Pooman is correct its the brand most use I think even Sysco uses it.

I don't know what brand it is - but I want that white cheese they use at Mexican restaurants. That shit slaps.

No, it IS my cheese!

Nacho cheese with sour cream and peppers hits the spot.

Similarly you can never find tortilla chips as good as what you can get in a Mexican restaurant, but I assume that's because they're cooked fresh.

Juanitas always tasted the closest to me. I would always buy a few cans of the stuff whenever I was at WinCo and make nachos for lunch with some Jalapenos, black beans, and some olives.

Que Bueno brand nacho cheese. You can get it on Amazon. Lots of food service places use it.

Que Bueno is that cheese that comes in the big blue can right? That stuff is delicious but I live alone so I'd never buy a container because I definitely couldn't finish the whole thing by myself. It was, however, the go to when I was growing up (three older brothers, big family)
