I'm pretty basic with my nachos. I just like getting a big can of the Rico's cheese, then putting some meat and diced tomatoes in there. Don't need much more than that for a good ass plate of nachos.
The Nachos Belgrande are alright, just loaded with too much shit.
I respect and occasionally do "good" nachos with meat and layers of shit in the oven and stuff, but tbh the traditional microwave "put shredded cheese on tortilla chips, nuke for 30s" is still way better than it has any right to be.
