Chnatal was probably lying about talking to another woman/women but she did say that the detective questioned her about other women, by first names, which is what led me to believe that there were other possible women making claims. Other than that, and Mae, I don't think there has been any other confirmation.

Oh I assume she was lying. I also don't know why a cop would give her info about other victims so she was either lying or that cop is very bad at their job. But I think that's the only times we've heard about other women so I don't know where this other woman story came from.

I just can't help but think about DD and the twist her life took. She saw a bum on a lolcow's channel, heard about the accusations of abuse, hard drug use and sexual assault, chased him despite all the red flags, got him, he moved into her small condo, beats her, likely lost her job for him and now sits beside him as he attends court for a sexual assault accusation. And his channel tanked so she's footing the bill for everything (minus what Chantal is probably sending).

In addition to all that, Nader's mother is a whore who jerks off dogs for the amusement of the town drunks.

The fact he wasn't locked up because was charged with SA? Triage, baby. Our prisons are stuffed full right now & systemic delays with our court system means they think long & hard about who they want to keep locked up. Multiple charges by different women, unless there is strong evidence & victims were really roughed up don't pass muster. Should they? In some cases, absolutely but our prisons & jails don't have the room right now.

The other theory is that the sex was consensual until he started to get rough with her. We have seen Chinny's chest bruises from his "rough play," so this would make sense. Perhaps the sex was consensual and rough and afterwards she didn't like how he treated her and decided to cry Rain And Petals Eavesdrop.

What doesn't make sense is why she waited, until after she flew home, to get a rape kit test and report it. Most evidence can be lost by then.

Also, most people know about her daughter's channel where she stated that her mother was a narcissistic asshole. I suspect she has BPD too, based on her behavior. Her posting of emotional youtube posts & then deleting them doesn't help her case either. She seemed to be a mess before this alleged S/A occurred and has been steadily going downhill ever since. I'm honestly shocked that she waited this long to start a Go Fund Me. As of today she has raised $600 of her $1000 goal.

Yesterday she was raging bc people went to the court hearing (or viewed it online) which is very strange. She knows so little about her own case and I would think that the District Attorney (or Canadian equivalent) would be the one to keep her informed, so I'm sure if she called hm/her that they would give her up to date information on her case. But she hasn't done that thus far. I'm also sure that Canada has some version of a Victim's Advocate. Like I said, it's puzzling how little she knows about her own case which for some reason makes me doubt her story even more.

Lastly, someone summed it up best (I can't remember who said this in order to credit them). But it went something like this: "I believe that Nader has sexually assaulted women in the past, I just don't think that he assaulted her."

Canada absolutely has a victim advocate system & in the case of SA, a lot of non-governmental & legit private agencies. They would be able to quickly & easily find such support for Mae in HER home area.

And she, (or her lawyer), would absolutely be kept informed by the prosecutor in the case... interagency co-operation is essential in modern policing & justice. Because she lives so far away, she or her lawyer would definitely have been given instructions on how to connect to the hearings.

She expressed displeasure at not being able to get info until today. Officially, that makes sense. The transcript has to be gone over after it's written & assembled in a meaningful way, then transmitted to the lawyer. For all we know, the lawyer got it fairly quickly & possibly wanted to go over & prepare explanations for Mae before relaying the info to her.

Maybe I'm giving the involved agencies too much credit but I don't think so. This is all routine these days.

The most likely explanation is that Mae's lawyer couldn't reach her or... she doesn't have representation in her home state.

Whatever happened, it just confirmed that Mae is, if I'm going to be polite about it, as unstable as water molecules about to reach the boiling point.
