This is my belief, as well. Nader's MO (Chantal's as well) has always been the preemptive lie. If people threaten to call the police, Nader will say the police have already been there , and then tells some stupid story about the police siding with him. People were calling DD's employer and she got whatever penalty, so it makes sense to say that she was fired, then nobody would bother to keep calling that employer about her.

Nads and Deeds do a better job of maintaining their lies, though, and they also lie by omission. They may address something once in passing (like DeeDee's job and even the Sam's Bar Lounge footage), and never address it again. Or when called out, they just ignore it. Chantal always gets caught in her own lies because she never knows when to just shut the fuck up, so stories change and slip-ups occur.

I’ve quoted this from the Chantal thread.

It’s her condo. She’s the one on the mortgage. If anyone has to move it will be him.

However there was word in this thread a long time ago that a creditor was putting a lien on the property. Never did follow up on it though. Maybe Nader has managed to absolutely bleed her dry and cause a foreclosure, so they’ll both end up needing somewhere else to live. Dee Dee has her brother to fall back on, but given her brother is believed to be the one that rescued Geraldine from Nader’s clutches, I doubt he’d take Nader into his house.
