Why does this dude seem to want to cook the main part of his dish (meat, fish, noodles) twice? Even tonight, when he was cooking his chicken, he cooked them once, then cuts them up, and puts them in a pan to sear them or something? Has the Head Chef ever given a reason he does this?
My guess is this is some learned behavior from the streets of Egypt, or whatever shitbucket ship he worked on, where if they didn't literally burn everything they ate they would get horribly ill from germs and bacteria.

Probably too deep of a cut, but Nader's food preparation reminds me of convicted TCAP predator turned lolcow Lorne Armstrong. In particular the smoothies sitting on the counter for hours, for me it harkens back to Lorne's Youtube cooking show when he put a shitload of very perishable fruits (including a mango which he did not know the name of) into a blender and then stated he would be keeping the "fruit juice" in the fridge for the rest of the week, when it would be at best viable for maybe 20 minutes.
I don't know if Nader shares this trait in his cooking videos but Lorne never provided ingredient amounts, making the entire idea of anyone using it as a reference completely moot.

The one in the title سعاد is a female name and is pronounced "Soaad" (due to a diacritic), his middle name (actually it's his father's, as Egyptians and Middle Easterns in general have no middle names) is Saad which is سعد in arabic, and is pronounced like its written
