He's got a job? Damn, Christianxxx does it again. Always on the lookout for new talent. A new energetic Actress given a chance to become the biggest star in the buisness. Maybe her scene will even involve speedrunning and doing glitches.

A lot of history has been lost because SamAndTolki direct linked to Twitch timestamps and then the channel got nuked. At one point she did have a trans GF on stream, I think before she tried the HMU Tweet with the neckbeard who flaked on her and also before the drugged out pillow-humping and farting clips (which I think happened near to or after the Twitch ban). This might allude to one of the times when they were on cam. I don't know if it's Whispie/Willow (an older pic than its posting date) because these ghouls all look the same, but unless they got together again they broke up (some of the drama here). I would assume the kisser is the same one who was in the dancing clip in the trailer, for narrative purposes at least.

I shudder to think that it could be just a "normal" entry-level 9-to-5 day job like Walmart cashier, call center caller, fast food employee, etc. I can see that happening if Cosmo's well-meaning parents pushed him to take whatever job he could find just because it would make him leave the house, interact with people and stimulate his brain as a normal person to "feel better"...

Boy oh boy, Narco's fragile mind-state, "million of eyes on me" diva delusions and years of sheltered snowflake existence is so not ready for that much of a wake-up-call to reality... these jobs can be absolutely soul-crushing, depending on where you land them and I don't think Cosmo could take it even in his best day pre-transition. Now that he's 110% soy, even less. at that.

Hopefully, for him, mom and pops pulled some strings and found him an opening that caters to his lazy-ass fragile ego, maybe at an all-inclusive NGO or something. Facing the real life in a real workplace would strain Cosmo's already damaged mind to the point I would give it two months tops before he starts going to work high on shrooms to cope and then just lose the job.

I may sound like I'm exaggerating but honestly, can you picture Cosmo working a sweat-earned, actually demanding, 8-hour-plus job for an honest day work's pay? Yeah, I didn't think so...

I notice a lot of troons try to get on at Starbucks because they will pay for transition shit like surgeries and meds. So many of them are horribly mentally deficient and terrible with people though, not to mention freaky-deaky looking, so customer service jobs usually aren't a long term fit for them.
 
Been following the kickstarter at least once a day and it has taken them about 3 days just to cross the 23,000 dollar threshold. With 14 days to go I seriously doubt they will reach the 50k, maybe around 30k at this rate, maybe even 35k is someone with a lot of money drops it on the kickstarter.

In comparison, Adrian is like 10x better looking and well kept than D-Girl. Narcissa let a good one go.
 
Just finished it; the podcast isn't really all that interesting. She just talks about her history with speedrunning, Justin.tv, Nintendo World Championships (hahah xdddd john le numbers we did it reddit), BotW stuff, ZeldaSpeedRuns drama, etc. Even most of the movie talk is stuff already out there (that they started filming during her playing botw, how the director met Narci, and that it features d_girl.)

It's all stuff we already know, and the only purpose it serves is to advertise the movie so they get more pledges.

The filmmakers are lucky to even have pledges of $20k+ right now, even if they ultimately won't reach the goal and lose the pledges. Cosmo is not a terribly interesting character to document if you're setting him up to be a sympathetic figure and a good guy. Now, an adept filmmaking crew can still churn out a good film even with subpar subjects to work with, but looking at the trailer, this particular crew ain't it.

As mentioned by others before, maybe Indiegogo might have been a better crowdfunding platform for this particular project. They may not be able to get the full amount they wanted, but at least they can get $20-30k pledged to complete the film and worry about entering festivals later.

It's trending towards $40k on Kicktraq right now, but before, when it was trending more towards $45k I just assumed someone from the production team would take a loan and pledge the remainder themselves so as not to lose 90% of the pledges. Right now, I don't know, taking a personal loan for $10k is not something I would personally do for a Narco doccie lol

Haven’t had a chance to watch the video, but I was reading through /v/ and people were shitposting that Cosmo got a job at cutco. If this is indeed the case, it’s beyond hilarious, but i’d never trust /v/ to give me accurate information on anything.
