It's really sad to see these people have their moments of clarity, if even just temporarily, where they realize just how much damage their own indoctrination has done to them. While this might be instructive for others who are still laboring under the delusion that a sufficient amount of pills and surgery can turn a man into a woman or vice versa, it doesn't do much good for the person who realized they have been lied to after the damage has been done.

Honestly, I wouldn't blame Vanity for pulling another 180 on the trans thing and trying to re-enter the delusion. It's probably much less distressing to pretend to believe the lie than to have face the fact that he has ruined his own life because of it.

This is a good confirmation that 'destroying everything so I have nothing' is part of Cosmo's mentality. It isn't uncommon in addicts from my understanding. I believe it is real honestly, I dont think the fact they go by Vicki really means anything. The voice sounds similar on the video too. I doubt Vanity has anyone to partake in this kind of elaborate trolling with. Also I recall Vanity doesnt get on with their mother and hasnt seen her in years apparently, so doubt she'd be involved.
