If he'd done it a couple years ago then he'd probably have gotten a lot of attention, nowadays he's been gone doing ridiculous bullshit for so long he'd have to do more than just stop doing the tranny BS to get back in the public eye. The internet's attention span is very short.

Just watched some documentary on this guy after forgetting about him for years and man, it looks like he's even lost the people who follow him for being a lolcow. Videos get like under 100 views.
Cosmo is streaming again on Youtube. Bizarrely he's doing it on his Cosmo Speedruns youtube channel that he abandoned 6 years ago. 4chan is speculating he is detransitioning.

So I opened twitter for the first time in months yesterday and this was the first thing on my timeline. Classic Cosmo, begging for their fans to come back while also showing what a huge narcissist they are.
A fan asks what cosmos been up to post transition, cosmo starts complaining about being dumped (even tho that was pre-transition). Fan correctly asserts that cosmo needs to work on his "need to be famous" and cosmo dismisses this. The fan offers other genuine advice that would probably make cosmos life better, and of course cosmo didnt reply.
