If you're watching a video on Youtube and that person is streaming on Twitch at that moment, you'll get a little notification at the bottom of the video, saying 'I'm streaming right now on Twitch'. You're also able to export videos from your Twitch channel to your linked Youtube account. So I don't think Twitch cares.

This is Chaturbate and not Youtube, of course. So I think possible issues would come from the 'stuff you do on other websites' section Twitch's new TOS.

But, like, this is mostly informed speculation :/

Twitch doesn't mind if you stream anything other than gaming content to other services. Twitch partners agree to stream all game content solely on Twitch services, which is mostly to gimp YouTube Gaming.
