even if he wanted to de-transition, i think just the thought of facing the reality of what he'd done to his body would make him want to blow his brains out, cosmo was already frail before, at this point he's like mister burns. imagine him at age 40 or something, sadly i don't think he will see old age

You can kind of de-transition depending on how long you've been using hormones and assuming you haven't done something dumb like sissors off the 'ole hog. With steroids if you stop taking test you have to be leery since it takes a while to go back to fully producing hormones normally and you'll probably need drugs until you do, with how long until going back to being normal being dictated by how long you've been cycling. For guys who blast and cruise, meaning they are constantly using steroids year round, after a certain point they can never stop because they would no longer endogenously produce test in meaningful amounts. I'm assuming it's similar with estrogen and if that assumption is correct de-transitioning would be a shitty process. Even in men estrogen is very important and crashing estrogen is actually really shitty and has a lot of really fucked up side effects including your dick not working.

He would also have issues like gyno, the growth of actual titties, and he'd have female fat distribution patterns so he'd need to lose weight and maybe get a mastectomy just to get back to being a normal pathetic soyboy. Reasonably speaking if he were to start lifting, maybe take some test, and start decreasing the estrogen dosages he might be able to save himself from a life of looking like a ghoulish example of what happens when science comes too far.

All the terrible people who stopped watching his stream and giving him money once he turned into a ghoul and started saying they were terrible people that he hates, and did poetry about how the runs are arbitrary, streamed himself sleeping and cackling like a crazy person over and over instead of actually playing games.

Narcissa you need help, you're so far down the mental health hole it's nuts. Your ability to even have coherent thoughts is severely limited. Everything you say these days is a jumbled mess of MUH FEELINGS that makes everyone around you think you've completely lost the last bit of sanity you had left. Your orbiters enable your self-destructive behavior and encourage you to hide away in your Outpost of deluded narcissism where you can burn away your life in a dark room playing a children's video game as it were meaningful in any way.

Get help or quite literally die homeless on the streets.

No one owes anything to Narcissa. They'll ignore you and step right over you when you're homeless. You're so lucky that you theoretically have parents that will take you in.

Also consider that most people don't judge their entire self-worth by their deluded beliefs about streaming being the path to achieve a higher existence. The only value of your streams is of education for mental healthcare providers. Maybe if you actually did something constructive on your streams they'd be of more interest to people than just a brutally ugly trainwreck of insanity. Maybe you could stop being such an egotistical narcissist for a week and just do something constructive, on your own, without turning it into a freak-show stream.
