Working retail, I'll tell you exactly how I dealt with a similar situation. Some eatbeast waddled into my line and surprise, didnt have enough to cover her diet cokes, diet pills, and then multiple bags of chips and six frozen pizzas. after going back and forth with her begging for around 20$, I told the hamplanet I'd see what I could do, went to my supervisor, told them someone was soliciting, and boom. Instant hilarity.

What ensued was a chimpout that had the surrounding registers coming to a screeching halt as she complained about everything that was bothering her globular ass, mostly not being able to get a motorized cart.

I'd do the same to this fucking twink in a heartbeat. I might've relented though if she started cropdusting my line like she did in that video.

Psilocybin mushrooms aren't toxic. If you overdo them you're just likely to wig out. Almost nobody does the mushrooms that actually are toxic like the amanitas, some of which are extremely toxic.

Someone in Narcissa's absolutely disastrous state of mental health obviously shouldn't be taking psychedelics at all, though.

Yeah, you can technically survive amanitas with proper prep (cut off the white spots, boil them, eat very little) and that gives you a 'trip' via near-fatal poisoning, but most people who talk about mushrooms mean psilocybin.

But amanitas are plentiful, and look like Mario mushrooms, so an addled Nintendo addict might make the more amusing choice.
