Twitch usually doesn't care as long as the banned user doesn't show their face or voice. Ice Poseidon is the only substantial exception.

Also I don't want to hear bitching about inequality from a guy who spent years benefiting massively from the same system he's complaining about. The fact that he's possibly the only streamer in the history of Twitch to lose a 5,000+ viewership strictly due to his own actions just makes it even more laughable.

There was no voice chatting going on. The only things that go on during the streams are taking shrooms, tweeting like he has never used Twitter before and pausing for anime and fish oil pills to not grind his wrists to dust too quickly.

It's been a few days and he usually barely reaches 10 viewers and gets 15 viewers on a good day. Yet his Discord has *hundreds* of members, so one has to ask what all these "fans" are doing? He is streaming for 12+ hours, so no matter where you live you should be able to watch at least parts of the stream live. Yet only the same few people do. Is everyone else just in the Discord for virtue signalling and medical advice about antidepressants and Red_Proletariat reporting on the latest UK politics?

A lot of people join servers and don't do anything. You can observe silently and there's no incentive to leave.
I just checked it and discord now requires you to verify by phone to send messages in the server. That's new.

I know it's one of the security checks (verification options) a server owner can put up, but I think it has been there for longer? I prefer the easy-of-access options so I never dealt with anything past "none".
