Agreed, that's not what you did in group homes at least. You had to firmly discipline them. Not coddle them. Coddling them just makes them think it's fine to act up, it's like training a dog and awarding tem for bad behavior. It just leads to more bad behavior.

It depends. If it's so severe they're literally just tardbanging their heads against a wall and rampaging around in a rage smashing stuff because they're literally incapable of not doing that, that's one thing.

Speaking of Nate, he's been rather quiet of late. He still socks on TV Tropes and null edits, but he occasionally tries to do shit and he gets stomped on for it hard, so he goes back to biding his time.

I'm getting the feeling once he blows through some accumulated rage he kinda burns out and lets it all build back up before he goes on another vandal blitzkrieg.

It's probably the calm before the storm. He's too autistic to just move on and get a real hobby. TV Tropes is his life! It's his right to be able to edit! He's on his one manchild tirade to save the website from namespace faggots!!! He legit enjoys taking out his virgin rage on the poor staff of said sites.

No need. It's all across the edit history of the pages he shat all over, and unlike MediaWiki, PmWiki doesn't have a revdelete feature, so no chance they'll disappear later.

Note: They technically have a hacked in revdelete feature, but it dicks with their database stability pretty bad, so it's almost never used.
