In the eyes of the law his "prank" is still a crime has been since at least 1988, after all he gave people a malicious virus, that's not a "prank". Elk Cloner was a prank. He and his mother need to face facts, he fucked up big this time around and it be fun to see where this goes.

By the way Geth, you could use an email tracker with emails sent to them to find out when they opened the emails then just check what times Nate tends to be online. I tend to have to use them to make sure people can't lie about not getting emails. Check out something like GetNotify (or Contact Monkey instead if you got the money and/ or run a business) for that.
