His sentencing is way off. He blew his opportunity to make a huge fool of himself well before that.Too bad his sentencing is delayed. I wanted to see the outcome.

For someone as fucked as him going at it alone, I do not doubt he thinks not wearing a mask is going to some how work in his favor.Well, the judge just revoked his pro se status because he would not wear a mask in the courtroom for a routine status conference. From PACER:

Sentencing? Nah, this is just the beginning.Too bad his sentencing is delayed. I wanted to see the outcome.

Why? I don't have a clue but I can just tell he's fucking stupid enough to think he's got a plan.
Nathan is a social awkward dork who think he's an alpha male.Nah, he's just a big gay baby that never got off of his mommy's teets and was never told no
Too bad he's absolutely going to be in protective custody. With this guy, they might even have to put him in double protective custody from even the other protective custody perps.Nathan is a social awkward dork who think he's an alpha male.
I wonder if he's going to get mental health treatment in prison, because he has several screws loose.Too bad he's absolutely going to be in protective custody. With this guy, they might even have to put him in double protective custody from even the other protective custody perps.
Yes and no. Generally, most mental health treatment in prison is not compulsory. Typically, inmates will undergo a mental health evaluation as part of the intake process, but further mental health treatment is generally requested by the inmate/patient. In very rare cases, inmates are given involuntary medications, but this is reserved for patients who are seriously mentally ill. It's highly unlikely that Nathan would receive this kind of treatment. That said, it's also quite possible that he will be required to be evaluated (and possibly treated) as a sex offender as a condition of his sentencing - this treatment is considered a mental health service, and is performed by mental health professionals. Most sex offender treatment programs (compulsory or otherwise) tend to occur closer to the end of sentencing - so it's unlikely that he would receive treatment any time in the near future.I wonder if he's going to get mental health treatment in prison, because he has several screws loose.
This thread should be good enough. Putting the trial information in this thread will make it active again.I was just done binging the thread of Nick Bate's trial way back in 2016.
Should someone make one for Nathan too once a trial date is confirmed, or is it not worth it?
Just curious.

Must be a somewhat decent one, then. They probably don't want to spend more effort on a trial when Nathan can simply get it over with. He's 40, so anything more than 60 years in prison may or may not be overkill (as far as his age is concerned). The U.S. Attorney's Office offered Nathan Larson a plea bargain.
I wish he'd just shut up and go to the hearings, but who am I to judge?Larson did not physically attend as he again refused to wear a mask.

Nathan's dad, Arthur, died already? Arthur fought the cops when Nathan was being arrested and had his computer seized.Larson's dad died at the relatively young age of 69

Jesus, I can't believe it's been almost a year and half since Nathan got arrested. Time has gone by so fast.
And by December it will have been two.Jesus, I can't believe it's been almost a year and half since Nathan got arrested. Time has gone by so fast.
It's going to be a long wait, the Eastern District of California is one of the most understaffed, if not the most, federal district courts in the country. And while we're on the subject of watching someone face deserved time in federal prison, might as well post this classic.
I'll defer to your experience, since you seem to be more versed in law than me, but if it is 2024 that would mean two more years of waiting for the trial/sentencing/plea agreement/whatever it is Nathan is doing.I wouldn't be surprised if sentencing takes place early/mid 2024.
