I mean, there's nothing wrong with liking your country and being proud of it, and while I do think nationalism is another Democrat boogeyman word now, I think it's a dangerous road to go down as it's when you start resulting into believing sketchy and plain out wrong sources in general. You see it all the time with Kiwi newfags posting some cringy anti-globalist meme they find on Gab/Twitter on certain threads they think "THIS PROVES THE ELDERS OF ZION!!!! JEWISH TAKEOVER!!1!", which, in itself has been proven to be a lie and forgery, yet is still said by the spergiest of spergs to be the spoken word. Nobody with half a brain cell likes political correctness and sounding like a total robot, but I think some boogeyman in a room somewhere, which often said to be (((them))), isn't the reason for this shit. People connecting separate and totally unrelated facts, and somehow making them true doesn't mean anything.

I guess all I want to know is, why our ultra-nationalist newfags do it?

I feel like I was following you until you got into political correctness. Now I'm just confused. Clean that shit up so it's clear enough for us non-mongoloids to understand.

Anyways, not an ultranationalist myself, although I do believe in the autonomy of the nation in the same sense that I believe in the autonomy of my home; nobody else has a natural right to dictate who can live here, or to steal my shit or harm my family, or to tell us what and how to think.

Ok, I'll bite: nationalism and the alt-right are not the same things at all. A lot of nationalist movements are not related with racialism or antisemitism at all. Hell, even a lot of leftist movements worldwide had a lot of nationalistic undertones.
Didn't you read his post? He said that nationalism is just a leftwing boogieman at this point, so why do all you racist peckerwoods hate the jews?

Yep, is better letting corporations fuck your country in the ass instead of identify with for your nation like an intolerant bigot
I pointing out how his OP is retarded because he uses the terms nationalist and ultra nationalist interchangeably and his definition of those two terms is evidently a stereotypical /pol/ack all while pointing out that nationalism is being used as a catch all boogeyman by the left. This is a shitty thread and OP is a faggot.

Like the Russian Revolution. You can connect any number of evil or just ideologies to nationalism. Think of the ideologies that connect to nationalism as coattails.

Being proud of your nation feels good. You should feel good about the things that make you YOU.
At the very least it's something that a lot of Kiwis share with one another, something that brings them closer together.

Edit to add - Feeling good about who you are & where you're from is empowering. Those who would disempower you would have you feel bad about who and what you are, to soften you up for when they colonize your goofy ass with their plans, their social engines or their people.
Good news, though - only you can give them the power to do that.

Yes. We should all be proud to have sent thousands of messages and spent dozens to hundreds of hours laughing at the largest collection of re-tards and freaks to ever exist.

I just want to see my country thrive. It's a small streak of nationalism, but I'm more of an egalitarian to a point (economic egalitarianism is where I draw the line), along with believing that a person can strive for anything they dream of regardless of attributes and circumstance.

I guess all I want to know is, why our ultra-nationalist newfags do it?

It's pretty simple: All the mainstream sites ban nationalist discussion, this place advocates for free speech, so now people come here to discuss what is banned everywhere else.

Also this place can be nominally anonymous, so there is a lessened threat of being called a racist nazi for saying stuff like "being white is okay."

Think of it like a bunch of refugees.

Here's how I see what is happening. Kiwifarms was mostly left-leaning, with only mild moderation. Because of the open stance towards moderation and the increasing moderation across the web, it becomes a haven to people that are have been rejected elsewhere or have chosen to reject communicating under uneven speech laws.

This gives more and more right wing refugees, as most censorship is towards different right-wing values. The fact that you put something mild like nationalism under that banner is emblematic. I would have thought it was over things like anti-tranny, anti-gay or race realism things. You put nationalism in the list of unacceptable ideas?

I'm just sitting here behind my computer screen, waiting for my eggs to boil, thinking: Why would you put nationalism in the unacceptable ideas list?

But then it makes sense of course. Nationalism is the only line of defense against globalism.

As to the learned elders of zion, I'm curious @Give Her The D : what are your thoughts on the ideas laid out by coudenhoven-kalergi in praktischer idealismus, which is sometimes referred to as "the kalergi plan"? And the prescience of that document in the transformation of europe? Is that also an example of the spergiest of spergs?

And if you don't like refugees, you must be one of those dirty (ultra)-nationalists.
