Tubal litigation is not castration. All the relevant hormones are still present, eggs just don't get through to the uterus.

Having doctors talk down to you about reproductive decisions is really shitty. And it's not even that it's limited to just lecturing you, many doctors just outright refuse to do it.

Poor people breeding like rats is a huge issue. People making a responsible decision not to have kids should be praised, not moralized to. The decision shouldn't be done lightly, but ultimately they're an adult and it's their decision.
