Excuse the doublepost, but what the actual fuck, are we dealing with a schizo?
I can only find three things about "Dr. Lorre" and they all seem to be Scooperman shilling merch
Hello. This is Doctor Lorre.-Facebook

i made a deal with the devil and the devil is dr. lorre-Twitter

some info on lbrcomics
Seems he was rejected by both DC and Marvel, I can't find any information about someone representing him so this "selling natty" thing just seems really weird
Edit:
was shilling Natty on Twitter

Natty being a decent person in a comic about quitting smoking

Seems like he just regrets a sale, still odd, going to dig into who "Dr.Lorre" is
Natty went insane after her friend died of lung cancer. That's her supervillian origin story.

My guess is the "selling" and all that is a load of ironybro nonsense that it's not worth your time to look into, but it's interesting that Natty should appear in one of his other comics. I wonder if Natty is based on somebody in real life, somebody he wishes would step on his balls in high heels and spit in his mouth?

In before this is all some sort of really weird fucking ARG for Steven Winchell's new webcomic.

I mean that may be giving him too much creative credit. But honestly it's actually a little bit more interesting than another "dude gets maimed in an over the top way while screaming about how he deserves this comic."

I always enjoy reading the interactions between Stephen and his "Fans". Guy is such a hothead.

Is he roleplaying as Natty or is his Natty persona more telling of how he interacts with the world regularly? I always thought it was like, a joke, or a power fantasy; something that someone, somewhere may enjoy as a bit of catharsis, but the dude's got a temper. Sheesh.

So in summary, man creates semi-obscure webcomic which he fails to promote as high as he wants so he axes it and starts a spinoff comic which is essentially the same as his old one but with a "cool new" hyper sjw character from his old comic in order to generate a buzz for his old work by socking as the creator of the original comic.

The lengths people people go to promote themselves are astounding.

anyone have more info?
Winchell is, uh, talking to himself. "Richard Scooperman" is just an alias he used to create the LBR comics because he wanted to be 'artistic' or some shit.

TL;DR guy's going off the deep end.

Way past deep end now, I think. There are better ways to advertise a webcomic on Facebook, like appealing to a large audience in the vein of other actual webcomics.

Either that or Multiple Personality Disorder/Dissociative Personality Disorder/Whatever it is where people have "headmates" like on Tumblr.
MPD/DID isn't considered a valid diagnosis, due to little evidence that it actually exists, so that's probably a slim chance.

Back in the olden days Schizophrenia and MPD/DID were considered one and the same, but now it's said to be different unrelated things. Hollywood loves to play the MPD angle, particularly evident in the 80s and 90s.

Okay, I begrudgingly admit, some of his Aquaman comics do show some semblance of humor:

I do find it kind of unsettling how Winchell insists on drawing all human characters with just four fingers. It would work better if all the characters were drawn in more of a Jim Davis\Rubber Hose Animation style, but he puts just enough effort into giving them some basic anatomy (what with the jointed limbs and what not) to make it jarring.

WTF, why didn't Aquaman rip that shark in half for being a gay fish? This is NOT comedy.
