Bought a 12-pack on eBay. Produced in North Carolina. Thought it might be as good as the lemonade and limeade I buy at the commissary.

No. Looked at the ingredient listing on a can. This drink has 1% orange juice. Lemonade and limeade I drink has 10% juice.

Bottom line: this beverage is tasteless but inoffensive. Not much better than drinking plain water. Obviously won't be buying any more.

Orangeade is weird to me. Limes and lemons are pretty tart, so it makes sense to cut them with water and sugar. Oranges are just fine without adulteration, though.

Yeah, no way can you drink pure lime or lemon juice. Good orangeade is nice if you can't have orange juice. Looks like the best orangeade out there is Orangina, which has 12% orange juice.

If you can deal with their commercials being what they are. I've had Orangina and it's tasty, but tends to be overpriced.

Is there a rule to never mix two different types of citrus fruits together? It just doesn't sound like a good idea.
