Nayolfa Nayolfa

Look how the guy that got banned from here edited Soradawn's talk page... FIVE TIMES IN A ROW after getting banned from this website. Not to mention he's back to his "Appaloosa Horse" style of typing. I'm not sure if this belongs in the wiki thread but seeing as this mystery is being discovered here (until the other thread is reopened), this shows he is just continuing to defend himself weaker and weaker. I regret defending his priveledges to stay on the wiki, it was dumb and I deserved to get rated as such, even though some of his edits are good, it just wasn't worth it.

Most people seemed to have no problem with him anymore compared to cheers.

As for my favorites, they're him, MissyMeghan and blinxnot.
Doesn't mean we Kiwis aren't going to continue to mock once he produces more content. And only ONE Kiwi liked him a lot- the rest still aren't too fond of him, or at best think he's OK.

So where does Nayolfa stand as everyone's favorite Growing Around artist?

I am probably the one guy, simplicity was referring to. I will admit it. Still as talented as he his, I do want to see him branch out more beyond MLP or growing around. It is great to have ambition, so why stay on those two and only do fan fiction. Artists often start with fan faction which is fine. The problem arises when they don't grow by only staying there. I really want to see him come up with his own world and story-lines. Just doing MLP/Growing Around for your entire life is staying in a comfort zone.

Working for Mr. Enter is also staying in the comfort zone. I think he is talented and can do far more than just work for Mr. Enter. He will struggle to grow under Enter. He has far more ability and to just use it serving Enter is a waste. I have seen Chris-Chan's work and I have seen others. Our chief criticism of Dobson is that he does not take risks and refuses to grow in his work. Nayolfa does not refuse quite yet, but if he stays under Enter he may follow the very same path and languish. I think he could be skilled, yet staying under Enter will inevitably weigh him down.

I have my own issues with Enter. Enter needs to take a project like this seriously or not do it at all. He lacks clear focus and direction. He is a poor manager of the project and seems more focused with his spastic video reviews. Seriously, Enter also needs to grow out of doing spastic critic videos. Almost no one ever remembers critics. Even Siskel and Ebert will hardly be remembered in a generation or two. In 5 years I doubt anyone will care about Enter if he continues this. Mr. Enter's shelf life is even smaller. Serving under a spastic video reviewer means you are simply serving under a spastic video reviewer. It is a waste of talent.

That is just my opinion. Some of my "white knighting", the parts that went over the top were always just to piss off Drow into revealing more of himself. I think ultimately it worked.

I honestly didn't think you were white knighting as much as you sharing you opinion. And I pretty much agree with you there, Growing Around is his only hope and it's not looking too well for various reasons already been explained much earlier (such as lack of a series bible). It doesn't matter how much subs he gets- he WILL NOT be remembered in the future if shit continues on like this. And I appreciate your work in pissing Drow.

The only real problems I see are one leg is slightly longer and the hands are weird-looking.
The shape and textures are very weird and uncanny as well. And it has this MS Paint vibe to it. I mean Nayolfa isn't a GREAT artist, but I'll admit he did pretty decently with the characters.
