Need help with RFID tech, is there a way to turn an FCC ID code into data on the frequency/power the device operates?

I really doubt anyone here has an answer for this but, I figured I'd give it a try. I'm trying to reverse engineer an RFID device for its frequency/power I have an FCC ID, is there a means of determining this? Will disassembling the device to the raw circuit give me an answer?

Edit: That said, this site could give you some information: https://www.fcc.gov/oet/ea/fccid. If you're a EE kinda guy, then popping it open could give you some IC part numbers. Once you've got those you can look up their data sheets. The RF transmitter is probably externally tun-able with an RC circuit, so you can solve for the exact frequency if you can figure out the values of the R's and C's, and then plug them into the data sheet equations.

Use the FCC ID to look up the reports which will list the ranges that were tested. As long as it's not brand new and still under confidentiality there will also be disassembled photos from the tests.
