Fiction is Marrec's sister, and was a mod for a bit before stepping down. I wouldn't be surprised if she changed her name as most of these Era people do to hide, but I don't think she wanted to keep being a mod there.

Well looks like I have to give some context here for those that don't understand what ResetEra are talking about.

So what ResetEra is talking about here are several anime shows that have stuff you can say don't align with their far-left beliefs.

Now I'm not familiar with 'A Certain Magical Index' but I am familiar with 'The Rising of the Shield Hero' and 'KonoSuba'.

So The Rising of the Shield Hero is an isekai series that's about this nerd named 'Naofumi Iwatani' and one day he finds a magic fantasy book in a library that summons him to a medieval fantasy world where he and three other heroes that were summoned must save this world from a catastrophe.

It's this guy:

However, the king that rules the country of this medieval fantasy world really hates the Shield Hero a lot and so he and his horrible eldest daughter would then framed Naofumi Iwatani for a heinous crime that he did not commit (he was falsely accused of committing rape) and pretty much made the whole country hate him after that.

Now later on in the series, Naofumi Iwatani would then clear his name and expose both the king and his eldest daughter for the pieces of shit that they are. The Rising of the Shield Hero also made the SJWs super mad because they thought that it poked fun at the #MeToo movement and so they went total apeshit over the premise of this series when the show first premiered.

So let's move on to KonoSuba. Now KonoSuba is a comedy isekai series about this shut-in nerd named 'Satou Kazuma' where all he does is watch anime and play video games all day. He dies in a comedic manner and gets put into a new fantasy world with a useless water goddess that is maxed out but she really can't fight most enemies that they fight, a useless wizard that only likes using explosion magic and she refuses to use any other type of magic, and a useless perverted crusader knight in which she is a total sadomasochist and can't hit anything with her sword. They have their own misadventures in which Kazuma tries to make the better of things but things for the most part don't really go his way.

Anyway, there was a scene in the series where Kazuma talks to the character 'Megumin' about gender equality after they fight over who should get to use the bathroom first to clean themselves up after they fought off some giant toads in the aftermath.

As you can see, this content that is in KonoSuba is one of the many reasons why ResetEra doesn't like this show either.

Anyway, it's just ResetEra's weekly Two Minutes Hate for why they think anime and manga is bad just because they don't pander to their bullshit politics and stuff.

Touma from Index is known for the "gender equality| meme aka he is not afraid to punch both men and women in a fight.

His schtick iirc is that he is both the weakest and one of the most powerful characters in the Index world where superpower "espers" and magic exists. He can't do crazy shit like telekinesis, precognition, control electricity, control vectors, control electrons, or brainwash people.. he seems to be a normal human who is unusually resilient and lucky in getting out of dangerous situations. And it is discovered that his right hand has the "image breaker" ability that can negate all other people's powers with a touch/punch. So from what I remember, in all fights he is pretty useless unless he can get in close, usually by rushing in and taking a ton of damage, then knocking people out.
