It's a reason people are giving for why they're glad real life isn't like ResetEra, but used as a positive, because, "only one type of morally acceptable response." So he's not just admitting, but touting the fact that the forums are full of 'REEEEEE! Evil thing!' threads that have no potential for discussion, just wailing, gnashing of teeth, getting angry and getting depressed.

And he's still not done, as the one morally acceptable response leads right into one of the favourite SJW assertions whenever someone accuses them of groupthink, which is, 'But we're all right, which is why we agree. If you don't agree, you must just be wanting to say bigoted things. That's the only reason anyone could have a different perspective. You're not a bigot, are you? Because you're sounding like you are...'

So ResetEra isn't a hivemind. You're allowed to support one of the Democratic candidates publicly without getting insta-banned, and you can rage against the world to your heart's content in all their threads about objectively terrible things with only one objectively correct response permitted. If you think there's any other way of looking at things, you must just be dying to call people faggots and trannies and want to shoot all black people, as those are the only people who disagree with us. Got it?

I've never understood why the people who are aware that it is a hateful, censorious cesspool full of bitter, depressed people trying to drag everyone down into their pit of misery even stay there. If they can see what the onlookers can see about the forum, why on earth do they continue to post there? are they unaware there are other message boards on the internet that are somewhat sane? What shocks me the most are the screencaps I see of users who have been there for YEARS getting banned for things that even I, a layman, know is absolute suicide on resetera
