I know this reply is late, but it is possible that this individual is intersex. High testosterone causes early puberty, leading to short adult height. The way the medical community treats intersexed individuals is absolutely abominable; even the most modern form of clitoral reduction surgery has a double-digit percentage chance of resulting in a clitoris that is non-functional or completely unable to be found after the healing from the surgery concludes, and many intersex people as a result are unable to experience orgasm or even any sexual pleasure. Ironically, a person raised by a wealthier family is more likely to have received the "benefit" of such surgery than a poor person. Not surprisingly, this sort of trauma can make a person very angry. It is even quite likely that the doctor responsible was white.
The obvious counterargument is that this sort of trauma is golden in the SocJus upside-down "the more life is presumed to have shit on you, the more social status you deserve" loony bin, and if they had experienced this, they'd never shut up about it, but is this really true? Medical genital mutilation is an almost impossibly invasive trauma, worse than rape, that occurs in childhood and with the connivance of trusted family members and medical authority figures. But many ordinary rape victims are never able to speak up about what happened to them, when it wasn't nearly as awful. It would truly be a horribly dark irony if someone who actually suffered an unspeakable crime was only emotionally able to speak out afterwards in the shallow, appropriative, overtly racist manner that we've come to associate with the light-skinned black children of class privilege rather than the genuinely awful injustice that they truly suffered.
