I haven't played Astro Bot yet and I'm the target audience for it since I love 3D platformers so I don't want to hate on the game, but people describing it make it sound not very good. Feels like a lot of the fans feel the idiotic need to compensate for it not being AAA enough and then use theatrical adjectives and extrapolate physical reactions to sing its praises. Oh yeah man that Parappa the Rapper cameo made me smile from nose and my asshole imploded with jolly befuddlement, it's so special!

The feeling is often mutual because unless you get in via the "refugee" route like Somalians, immigration authorities here are one of the few parts of the government that are allowed to be pretty much openly racist. So if you get in from some African country by the normal means, you probably went through some incredible bureaucracy and had to explain exactly what you planned on doing here and why you were worth admitting.

You know, shit like "I'm a nephrologist" or some other medical specialty, or otherwise have some actual professional skill that makes it worth having you here. That's why you will often see the one black guy in an exclusive wealthy neighborhood being an immigrant from Africa who just happens to be a medical specialist or something.

Needless to say, people like that don't really get along well with ghetto groids.

It is funny when the different factions of blacks interact. The Foundational blacks have beefs with the Nation of Islam(Yakub) blacks and all sorts of funny shit. They conflict with the proud African blacks.(The ones that dress in African hats and talk about the motherland). Everyone of those groups hates the Jamaican and Caribbean blacks. The only thing they do agree on is that the white man keeps them down.

I checked the guy's profile out and doesn't seem to interact with the usual FBA troll accounts I see so this guy might be a legit believer. Which adds a whole new dimension to the Nepenthene paradox.

Law is one of the humanities and most people who go to law school majored in the humanities. A sociology major who goes to law school (or even medical school) would be way more common than an accounting major who goes to either.

His immigrant mom apparently understood way better than he does.
