I think it comes down to being infected from the inside. They have some woke idiots in positions where they run influencer and promotion programs, they hose their bosses as to the effectiveness of z level influencers because “muh diversity”, and then when it comes time to show results the idiots have no way to metric their results and it’s just wasted “feels good” money.
