A "drive-by" was once basically a dude comes into a thread says something to rile people up or just says something nuts and bails out never to return. They seem to screw it up like "troll" and "bad faith" and "severe infractions" everything else they ban for.

I've seen threads where a person is warned or banned for a "drive-by" and it's not even a drive-by. Last week there was one for a show where the person was like "this show sucks" and people were jumping on him for daring to say something negative about a product they consume and he was replying to them about how he disagreed. They still banned him for a "drive-by" lol
