I'm still amused that the "authentic" tribal wear was just a combination of random vaguely African tribes and cultures. Shit, I loved Black Panther but you're not wrong here.
It brings to mind the backlash Samuel Jackson had in reference to...I think it was Get Out? His argument was that casting an English black guy to play an American black guy was equal to having a white play a black, or vice versa.
Having black people be interchangeable in an age where directors are shrieked at for whitewashing is not a good look. I'm no filthy negro, but that's how it struck me - same as how a white brit isn't the same as an Eastern European.

I think these people really have never, nor will they ever be in a position or involved with people who have some position of power. While it is not written down or anything in a lot of places there is the unspoken rule that as a superior or higher up you do not meet one-on-one with women, unless you have a longstanding working relationship with. This is not only in order to protect the man, but also to protect the woman from vicious rumour that she is sleeping her way up.

Cyberpunk 2077 looks amazing, but I’m conflicted about supporting CD Projekt Red with the doubt they’ve cast around their social stances.

To be honest, the top one there looks like she could be an interesting character. Big fat smug lady, that's a character you can get your head around pretty quick, and if they design her playstyle to be some kind of heavy bruiser it'd fit.
The second one... I'm not seeing muslim, but it is boring. Oh she's a lady with a green mask with horns. Eh.
The third one... I have a soft spot for elderly characters kicking ass in vidja games, although she is checking off a few too many catlady boxes. Could be a really annoying character, but could be funny.
