Actually, Resetera was founded because Isamu Fukui seen a way to make money off of the mental illness of troons, beta males, incels and femcels. Unlike Tyler Malka he learned you do not interact or post on your own forum. That way at worst the inmates turn on the mods/admins, not the owner.

Most of the outrage is faked too, the progressives just like it because it gets them attention at a time where their twitter follower count is like 70. It would be good for humanity/the games industry if so, but the majority are clearly still "real". Unhinged people, but not trolls.

There is a good 10~15% who probably are trolls, then maybe 20~30 odd % will be normies who just keep their mouths shut and talk about games. Isamu Fukui came across as quite the normie from his GAF posts, as well as his history writing books objecting to authoritarianism. But he's riding the waves of mental illness now and pretending to be something else as long as it suits.
