So there's two things guaranteed with these people
1) They celebrate being severely mentally ill by always talking about it and/or challenging each other for the most attention possible around their mental illness. It's narcissism to the extreme. You get attention if you can list 40 things you claim to be wrong with you, mixed with being 65 sexualities with non-binary also tacked on the end. It's the peacock feminism theory. Why do militant feminists dye their hair blue? To stand out/send off an animalistic warning signal to everyone around them. It's calculated narcissism mixed with attention seeking to feed the ego.
Social media, especially Twitter, fuels this kind of behavior to the extreme. Clown word thrives on how quick you can get attention tweeting something. Resetera is a more echo-chamber version of Twitter, but you can still get quick attention on Era mixed with unhinged moderators who fuel/protect the most insane behavior on the forum. Favoritism is alive and well and the protected posters can just go to discord to demand their best friend moderators ban all wrong-think/challenging replies.
2) They will always be huge fucking hypocrites. Especially the Resetera troons who act offended, upset and dehumanized by everything before doing troon porn, fucking dogs (Hi Nepenthe), self-harming and being complete degenerates around children/in public. The Pedo Era discords were full of troon Era members. They act upset about a poster like the above in Cyberpunk whilst being the biggest degenerates you can find.
They then broadcast their behavior/thoughts to the world with zero-filtering and then act surprised when others see the shit they are saying/doing and comment or laugh. If you were truly unwell you'd seek help in your private life. If you're a troon on Resetera shouting about everything wrong with you and making up fake news stories/acting outraged 24/7, you're a narcissist, ego maniac and probably a liar.
Fashion troonery is encouraging all of this as well, as in order to escape being an evil straight white male you must try and get as far away from that as possible to get cred on the internet. So become a non-binary troon lesbian.
