It's finally dawned on me why this is so stupid and why the argument is so damned irritating to everyone who hears it. And I assume they will also want to know who the moderators are, so there's probably going to be some meetings and interviess with them about how to run moderation in the future. I never even understood why ResetERA needs so many admins to begin with, and what those roles entail.

Scamming people with EraClear to "cover server costs" is so egregious that if it happened on any other forum, these same REEE admins would be totally outraged. Yes, they already have people in-house that can do basic Xenoforo management so I expect the existing tech staff to be dropped.
It is not like we are talking about full time positions anyway.
A couple of their xenoforo techies spending a few hours now and then on the site is all they need.
Except initially, initially yhey will need to spend bunch of time to bring era in line with the rest of their assets, with the footers that link to all other sites, to integrate with their ads systems etc. But surely they already have scripts to automate this process, or most of it at least.
This is not the first xenoforum that they bring in-house.
