I joined a new company during the pandemic. During the orientation I noticed a few black guys. Most of them didn’t stand out, but one guy that looked like a new grad seemed totally clueless. He needed help on basic things and came across as a blatant diversity hire. If that guy could get hired but not Neoxon, I have to wonder just how unhireable Neoxon is. Even RetardEra users are commenting on how companies are hiring people who can’t pass basic technical interviews, so he must have a really terrible personality or something. Was reading that thread chuckling, can't keep these fucking recruiters off my ass. Is neoxon black? maybe he really put that "diversity analyst" role in his resume, plus some "trans right r human right and sjws jargons".https://www.resetera.com/threads/1-5-years-after-i-got-my-computer-science-degree-still-no-job-is-going-back-for-my-master’s-my-only-option-now.618501/

Neoxon, the guy famous for launching a crusade against Super Smash Bros and other fighting games for not featuring enough black people, couldn’t get a job in the hottest market ever for tech. This is especially impressive since tech companies are all tripping over themselves to hire as many black people as possible. You’d have to be seriously inept to not get a job as a black person in tech right now.
I guess he spent so much time “spotlighting black excellence” he forgot to find any of his own.

According to twitter this is him:Is neoxon black? maybe he really put that "diversity analyst" role in his resume, plus some "trans right r human right and sjws jargons".
"I'm sure the employer will like this" he thought, not knowing that the real world isn't remotely close to Era. Kek
wow, absolutely autistic. If the employer do a background research and found these things, especially that autistic petitioon, i can see why they won't hire. This is it, this is his linkedin profile, no I did not miss anything to capture:

If he somehow gets past the resume stage to "background research" just typing in his name finds all his accounts since they're all tied together.wow, absolutely autistic. To be fair, that's not his actual resume, on linkedin you just mark your "skills" so you turn up in searches if someone puts the criteria they want in like say "Excel" and "C++" and a lot of people never explain their actual level of competency on any of this. I'm going to doubt he can actually use Excel beyond anything simple though because, well,Why oh why is Microsoft Excel listed near the top of the skills on his résumé as well as some other bullshit? What's that? You're good at English? Amazing. He should have just committed to the act and put 'being black' in the skills before listing off random programming languages he's probably touched for maybe ten seconds and cascading style sheets.
I found his Github. In it is a university assignment with some PHP written with the tact of a 2000s Wordpress developer and even that seems to be the result of a group project of four people so it's unlikely he had much to do with it. There's barely anything else in here. He's not going to get the software job he thinks he is entitled to because he has absolutely no portfolio.
