I've seen that study before because it was retweeted by Fat Rick Tomlinson. I haven't read it so I can't point out the exact ways in which it is flawed (other than the obvious, using data from five years ago), but there have been many other studies that contradict it (regarding the same period; obviously the numbers are higher now).

3 years ago, all political talk was banned from GAF. There were two exceptions: the Russia/Ukraine conflict thread and the Israel/Palestine conflict thread. Those two threads have now been locked due to too much US politics talk creeping into them.

Aha, you fell into the trap of trusting a troon talking about troon things. It's more girls than boys at the moment, though I believe it's more men than women. Girls are more prone to social contagion and therefore rapid-onset gender dysphoria, and I believe it was places like Tavistock that had the studies showing just how many of them were pooning out. Making it worse is that a decent percentage of them appear to be pooning out because they've been sexually abused in the past, while that's very rare for the MtF troons.

Always doublecheck troons - in general, but especially when they're talking about troon things.
