Why the fuck do they keep acting as if B-Dubs is their employer? Isn't this all just purely voluntarily for people like Nep? There's no work contract no payments nothing right? Maybe if the retards had ever had an actual job they'd know the difference between a job and a hobby.

At least in the US, volunteers, unpaid interns, etc. still have workplace rights and sexual harassment pertains to them. Some random person moderating a subreddit or 99% of forums obviously does not count, but Resetera IS owned by a corporation and DOES pay B-Dubs, who is tasked with managing these volunteers, and they obviously need to sign off on some agreement. That would give way more credence to them counting as volunteer employees with some sort of protection, assuming anything real bad did happen.

No idea if Bdubs saying "lick my cunt" in an obvious fit of rage would actually count if anyone tried to take it to court for a lawsuit. Pretty much everyone there except the most whiney ones understood it was anger and not actual sexual harassment.

No Idea if any US laws for the US mods/admins have any sway to a website owned by a scandinavian corporation.

I do not think sexual harassment in the workplace laws has any jurisdiction here as nep is not an employee and as retardera is not a workplace.

If you walk into Home Depot and act as a retard and someone working there says "shut up and suck my cock retard" that does not mean you can sue Home Depot for sexual harassment in the workplace. Because you do not work for Home Depot and Home Depot is not your workplace.

There's no evidence of this. And I see no reason why he would be. MOBA doesn't pay any of their other purchased forum operators.

When Cerium sold it was indicated that the only person paid was the tech guy who was contracted and whose remaining contract would be upheld by MOBA. I don't remember if he's still listed on the staff roster or not.

The "payment" any of the rest received were gifts that if they weren't a bunch of shut-in autistics would be considered common gifts among friends rather than some kind of economic transaction.
