Not really fun enough of a thread and too long to want to screenshot, but they are banning twitter links, or trying to. The admins are too incompetent to figure out how to do it correctly.
The real funny thing is something we discussed recently coming to to a head: Resetera users literally have no reading comprehension skills and often refuse to read past the first post or even the title. The entire topic is people posting links to subreddits banning twitter and Bdubs saying the staff are working on banning it. They have a ton of threadmarks you can click on and see all this.
But people keep posting shit like "lmao good luck banning X on any subreddits, reddit users are nazis" or "why arent the mods banning X links???"
And Bdubs and the OP keep complaining that the people on resetera are literally too dumb to read past the title.

So i'm not a forum admin, and i'm guessing disabling the relevant bbcodes makes the site just not evaluate past and present tags.
But can't you just make the [MEDlA=twitter] or the similar embed tags a profanity so it will add it to the report queue and just make nep ban the user for a month?
It should at the very least keep the mods entertained.
