Mainly depends on the deal he gets. Most of these kinds of charges have mandatory minimums, so most plea bargaining is based on what gets dropped and what gets pled. He's already dumbly admitted he had illegal intent in obtaining and possessing them, so he can't really try to weasel out of it on a Pee Wee Herman defense.

Could be a wide range, depending on how things go in court. According to the news story, there wasn't any sexual abuse (meaning sex acts being performed) in any of the pictures. The story described it as "Activities at a beach". Given that, he might get off pretty light in comparison with some probation or something ... if you consider having to register as a sex offender "light"

As AnOminous said though, he fucked up and admitted it was for sexual gratification already. So who knows.

Ya know its been said before but deserves repeating, the main motivation behind many if not most SJW types from neogaf to antifa to whatever is to poise themselves as opposing "THE MOST EVIL AND DANGEROUS AND BIGOTED AND DISGUSTING MONSTERS WHO HAVE EVER EXISTED!" solely so they can quietly justify the most sickening, hateful, sociopathic and depraved behavior to others and themselves.

Makes you wonder what sorts of skeletons the Gaf mods have in their closets, especially Besada. Like you said, the more militant the SJW, the more likely they have done something illegal they don't want others to know, and we all know the mods are particularly militant...

The SJW community has a lot of parallels with evangelical Christianity. There are community leaders who have convinced thousands of people that giving them free money makes you a good person. There's a strict dogma, and anyone who expresses any kind of doubt is ruthlessly attacked. And there are many people doing extremely disgusting shit while absolving themselves of guilt with the rationale that as long as they're "right with God", they're still a good person.
