Came up earlier in the thread. NeoGAF never registered its logo and RetroGAF's monochrome, retrograde logo might skirt by as parody. I agree it should be changed though.

Nah, it's a different name with a derivative from a soon to be defunct group or company frankly.

"At a glance" you'd know they're very different beasts as well due to the naming. Just because part of a name is the same doesn't mean it would confuse every day folks.
