Basically every fanservice fighter is the opposite. She doesn't care about her outfit being 'too sexy' because the reactions of the audience are irrelevant. If she can beat up the other guy, she'll do it whether she wears a bikini or powered armor.

Why are they prescribing beliefs on characters whose creators would say 'she likes to dress that way'?

Yeah, because the guys in Metal Gear are totally not sexualized - sweaty, muscular men who are constantly presented shirtless or naked, getting extremely homoerotic with each other. Same with Final Fantasy XV - all the main characters are attractive young men in tight pants with shirts open, fully displaying their muscular chests and six packs. But nope - according to this non-prudish woman, only the ladies get sexualized in those games!

Or maybe...just maybe....you can STFU and play some other games that don't make you feel insecure, sweetie. These games and the existence of tig ol' bitties in them has ZERO negative effect on your life, and I promise you that they are not going to convince little boys to go out and rape women. I've played many a game where I control a character much more physically attractive and fit than me, yet I've managed not to get triggered by it. Funny how that works.

These ladies will say those sexualized male characters are power fantasies...except in Metal Gear Solid's case, Kojima's reaction to fans treating Solid Snake as a power fantasy (among other things that had to do with MGS2's story) was to make the next game's protagonist an effeminate looking man in a skintight outfit who gets his crotch grabbed at some point and later ends up completely naked.

Much as Quiet's breathable skin is laughable and Cindy's outfit is impractical, one count point out at the fact that it's rather laughable to get angry at that since it's all just video games. Metal Gear is always having some sort of weird, crazy shit like nanomachines making a guy say some nonsense words and Final Fantasy has other assorted things like emo blondes wielding fuck huge swords.
